How to manage and maintain injection molding machines
Daily maintenance refers to the routine inspection of injection molding machine equipment by operators before, during, and after use, with daily inspection records kept. Through daily inspection and maintenance, phenomena such as leaks and pressure changes are checked to detect accidents and faults early, and to promptly handle and prevent major accidents from occurring. Daily maintenance should be included in the responsibility system and implemented.
1. Inspection before maintenance and use of injection molding machines
Check the oil level in the fuel tank: observe and ensure that the oil level is within the standard oil level;
Inspection of room temperature and oil temperature: Generally, it can only be carried out during winter, summer, and rainy seasons. When the room temperature (ambient temperature) is below 0 ° C, the oil should be preheated; When the room temperature is above 35 ° C, heat dissipation measures should be considered;
Temperature control inspection: Check the temperature controller, temperature sensing wire, heating coil, AC contactor or solid-state relay, etc., check whether the heating time and temperature deviation are normal.
Inspection of pressure gauge: Observe whether the pointer of the pressure gauge swings severely, whether it can return to zero position, and the condition of the range status light.
2. Inspection during use:
When starting, it is necessary to confirm that the relief valve is set to a lower pressure, that is, loosen the pressure regulating handle, and then jog the oil pump to observe for any abnormal conditions, such as whether the pump can produce oil, whether there is abnormal sound, and whether the pressure gauge fluctuates significantly.
Adjust and check the regulating pressure of the relief valve to ensure that it can continuously and uniformly rise and fall. After everything is normal, adjust it to the set pressure;
Oil temperature, pump casing temperature, and electromagnet temperature inspection: When the oil temperature is between 20 ° C-50 ° C, it is considered normal. When the pump casing temperature is 10 ° C-30 ° C higher than room temperature, it is also considered normal. The temperature rise of the electromagnet is as shown on the electromagnet nameplate;
Oil leakage inspection: Check the oil leakage at the pump joint surface, output shaft, pipe joint, oil cylinder piston rod and end cover joint, various sides of the oil tank, and the installation surfaces, screws, and flanges of various valve components;
Noise and vibration inspection: Check if the oil pump is functioning properly: Cluck....... Sound, electromagnetic presence or absence: buzzing....... Check whether there is any vibration sound in the pipeline, whether there is any impact sound when the oil cylinder changes direction, and whether the pipeline is vibrating;
Inspection of the working condition of electrical components and the reliability of safety devices:
Check if the fastening nuts and screws of each column and oil cylinder component are loose.
